We consider each professional's experience, skills, availability, preferences and the requirements of each family. When we identify an opportunity that may be suitable, we may contact you to discuss it and, where appropriate, introduce your profile to the family for consideration. The family makes the final hiring decision.
Household professionals placed through Seva are hired directly by the family. Seva is a placement agency and does not become your employer. The family is responsible for the employment relationship, including compensation and applicable employment obligations.
