Short-term candidates are screened to the same standard as permanent placements, with availability matched to your timeline. Tell us the dates you need covered and the role, and we will begin identifying suitable professionals.
Private caregivers introduced by Seva Elite Staffing provide non-medical household and companion support, helping a family member with daily routines, company and practical assistance around the home. Seva Elite Staffing does not provide medical or licensed care services, and the professionals we introduce are not placed to perform them. Families needing licensed care should arrange that separately.

The right structure depends on your household's routine and the hours you genuinely need covered. Share your preferred schedule when you first get in touch, and we will identify professionals whose availability matches it rather than approximates it.
A live-in professional resides in the family's home and typically requires private accommodation, while a live-out professional travels to and from the household each day. Live-in arrangements often suit families needing early, late or overnight coverage. Seva Elite Staffing places both, and will discuss which arrangement fits your space, your schedule and the employment terms you are prepared to offer.
Before any introduction, Seva Elite Staffing verifies each candidate's identity, contacts previous families or employers for references, reviews relevant experience and interviews the candidate personally. We share what we learn with you rather than summarising it away. Families are encouraged to interview candidates themselves and reach their own judgement, since no agency screening can predict future performance.
